Two Distinct Experiences:
The Patio & Grove To-Go
If California’s beauty could be captured in a restaurant, this would be it. Take a break from being pent up at home, and breathe some fresh air in a happy, inviting, and restorative oasis.
Please note: The Patio is temporarily closed due to the SF Stay Home Order
2,000 square feet of private, weather-protected outdoor space. Filled with fresh flowers, lush plants, herbs, ceramic and terracotta pots, surrounding a fireplace framed by artisanal tile. Picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, an island of roomy open-air space. Protected by an expansive, light-filled awning, kept warm by the sweet sun or our outdoor fireplace and 19 heaters, and filled with an enchanting lighting in the evenings. A unique Golden State celebration where Northern California meets Malibu.
Once you enter The Patio, our host will greet and guide you through the quick and easy ordering. We will personally chaperone you to a fully sanitized table, no need to get up again…real plates, glassware, and silverware, your food and beverages brought to the table. Any desired additional items such as refills and dessert are ordered while seated via your choice of QR code or our sweet and friendly crew.
The highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation and safety protocols, with well thought-out walking paths for freedom of movement.
Quick and easy
Order in advance online, by phone, or on-the-spot in person either using our posted QR code or directly from a helpful crew member at our protected ordering window.
When your order is ready we will page you, and it will be waiting for you at separate pickup window, in handsome, durable takeaway packaging. Take it with you, or if you prefer just seat yourself at one of our widely spaced sidewalk tables and eat right away!
Surrounded by the historic brick and timber Showplace Square neighborhood, our floor to ceiling glass garage doors and custom French doors are wide open to visually connect guests to the restaurant’s gorgeous interior: floor to ceiling fireplace, art objects, early 20th century playhouse bas relief panels, a 25 foot long painted surfboard resin counter, barn wood floors, majestic French chandeliers, and much more. Thoughtfully crafted comfort food … with the amazing seasonal ingredients and sensibilities of Northern California.
